During the tasting, Hubertus Vallendar, who won the World Spirit Award for his life's work as a distiller in 2020, will provide information about the production of the spirit. In contrast, star bartender Nic Shanker demonstrates mixing techniques and tricks that can be imitated using the test set on your own shaker. Meanwhile, enjoyment specialist Peter Oster explains possible combinations of natural ingredients. In addition to the informative part of the seminar, the host also attaches importance to a relaxed atmosphere. Anecdotes from life in the distillery and at the bar alternate with stories about racing, working with Roland Trettl and other stories.
