The Wajos “Alter” specialties are milder and softer than our brandies, but still not as sweet as typical liqueurs. Matured not too long or too short, these specialties are stored until a fine and exquisite smell and taste are developed and the alcohol is harmoniously integrated - according to the old custom. Characterized by a subtle fruitiness and amber color.
