Everything we love about rocket: its unique nutty spice, the delicately tart note, a slightly peppery touch and a touch of freshness. Based on fine virgin olive oil and the best rapeseed oil, enjoyment is guaranteed - for example in salad dressing or for drizzling on pasta or pizza.

RECIPE TIPS:

PIZZA PROVENCE ART

Time required: 35 min. | Difficulty level: easy

Ingredients for 2 people

FOR THE PIZZA DOUGH:

280g flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1 pinch of salt

240 ml milk

60 g soft butter

FOR THE SOUR CREAM CRÈME:

150 g sour cream

1 clove of garlic

2 tsp Wajos Provence Blend

Salt pepper

FOR COVERING:

100 g mushrooms – cleaned and halved

100 g Wajos Provence Blend – mixed with olive oil

8 slices of Parma ham

fresh salad (e.g. rocket or baby spinach)


Preparation :

Preheat the oven to 230°C. Then knead all the pizza dough ingredients in a large bowl to form a slightly sticky dough. Spread some flour on the work surface, place the dough on top and knead again until it is elastic and smooth. To the cream: Stir the garlic clove with the sour cream, Provence Blend, salt and pepper until smooth. Now roll out the pizza dough thinly, spread it with the sour cream mixture and top with the mushrooms. Bake everything in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Before serving, drizzle with the mixed Provence Blend, top with the Parma ham and decorate with some fresh lettuce or spinach leaves.

PIZZA CORNERS

Time required: 30 min. | Difficulty level: easy

FOR THE QUICK PIZZA DOUGH:

280g flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1 pinch of salt

240 ml milk

60 g soft butter

FOR COVERING:

250 g mozzarella - cut into thin slices

400g diced tomatoes

2 tbsp tomato paste
salt and pepper

Parmesan - grated

6 tbsp Wajos rocket seasoning oil

Preheat the oven to 230°C. Then knead all the pizza dough ingredients in a large bowl to form a slightly sticky dough. Spread some flour on the work surface, place the dough on top and knead again until it is elastic and smooth. Mix the tomatoes and tomato paste, spread over the dough (leave the edges free) and season with salt and pepper. Now top with the mozzarella slices and sprinkle the Parmesan on top. Bake everything in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts and turns slightly brown. Finally, top the pizza with rocket and refine with the rocket seasoning oil, cut into corners and serve.
