Herb butter is simply part of the barbecue. With our spice mixtures you can prepare your own herb butter in no time - versatile, quick & easy! Simply soak 4 tablespoons of dip or blend of your choice with 2 tablespoons of warm water for 5 minutes. Add room temperature butter (250g), mix with a fork and place in the fridge for about 20 minutes. The quick herb butter is ready!

The origin : The marinade is also known, among other things, as a “sour, spiced sauce for pickling” and has its origins in soaking food in salt water to make it last longer. Today, marinating is more than just a method of preservation, but above all a flavor enhancer.

There are endless possibilities and there are no limits to your imagination. The combination of acid, oil and spice is important.
