HAND PICKED & PROCESSED FRESHLY HARVESTED
It was almost forgotten and with it one of the most fascinating fruits: the red vineyard peach. But for a few years now, ambitious winegrowers and small farmers have set themselves the goal of reproducing this cultivated plant.
Only when fully ripe are the fruits processed with great care, love and experience into delicate specialties of the highest quality and exceptionally ripe taste.

Mix Wajos tonic syrup (peach, elderflower & lemon or basil, rosemary & thyme) with soda water in a ratio of 1:8 and pour into a glass with ice cubes. Also add 5cl Gin Rouge and garnish with lemon zest and a sprig of rosemary - done.
Ingredients for 2 people:
0.5 zucchini
0.5 zucchini (yellow)
2 peaches (e.g. red vineyard peaches)
0.5 eggplant
1 goat cheese roll
2 tbsp Wajos Red Vineyard Peach Crema
Olive oil (e.g. Castello Zacro)
Ingredients:
Cut the zucchini, eggplant and peaches into slices about 1 cm thick and season with salt. After about 1 minute, rinse and pat dry. Place them side by side on a baking tray, brush thinly with olive oil and grill in the oven until they take on color and are soft. Alternately layer slices of zucchini, eggplant and peach that are as large as possible and top with slices of goat cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes. Then pour 0.5 tbsp of fruit puree vinegar over each tower and serve. Tip: It's best to stack everything in a ring or secure it with a wooden skewer.
