Do you know what makes a really good sauce? It should not mask the taste of the dish, but rather enhance it skillfully. We use exactly this principle to taste the recipes for our sauces. They are a delicious companion to meat and vegetables, in the kitchen and on the grill, for dipping, seasoning and refining. In this set we have put together a colorful mix of three of our favorites.
Balsamic fried onion sauce - with Piment d'Espelette
In this sauce, fine Aceto Balsamico di Modena meets the spicy taste of fried onions and the variety of flavors of the chili specialty Piment d'Espelette. It refines the sauce with a slightly smoky and fruity-sweet to spicy note.
Barbecue sauce - with hickory smoked salt
This sauce gets its incomparably spicy, smoky aroma from the use of fine hickory smoked salt, which was gently smoked on real hickory wood (walnut wood).
Mango pepper sauce - with jalapeño chili
In this sauce, sweet mango meets fruity peppers and hot, spicy jalapeño chillies. An exotic delight that brings a delicious variety to the kitchen with the perfect harmony of sweetness, spice and spiciness.
