Our Cuvée J embodies our great-grandfather Jakob Oster's passion for excellent red wine. A fine selection from the Pinot Noir, Dornfelder, Domina and Regent grape varieties - full-bodied, with fine vanilla and chocolate notes. Fruit notes such as cherry and cassis harmonize with a subtle tannin structure. Playful and at the same time light in taste, this red wine cuvée delights in a variety of ways. This variety of flavors is nuanced by 18 months of barrique storage, which allows our Cuvée J to develop a velvety softness on the palate.
Cuvée J is a great accompaniment to grilled meat, game, as a highlight in social gatherings or on cold days for a cozy evening in front of the fireplace. Its full-bodied flavor rounds off hearty dishes perfectly and creates a unique taste harmony.
