Unlike conventional spaghetti, this pasta is particularly tasty - thanks to the wheat germ. Because the wheat germ – the heart of the ancient grain – stands for taste, valuable nutrients and tradition. To increase the shelf life of the flour, it is usually removed. However, when producing our pasta, the wheat germ is added back into the dough. The result: a unique aroma and traditional pasta taste.
It doesn't take much to prepare a delicious pasta dish. For example, simply add one of our seasoning oils, such as basil in olive oil, over the spaghetti and refine with freshly grated Parmesan. A delicious pasta dish is ready. Or, they prepare spaghetti Bolognese in the traditional way.
